Welcome to Rhodes & Co LLC ("Rhodes & Co"). By using our app and website, you agree to these terms. 1. SERVICES Rhodes & Co provides lifestyle services including event planning, travel itinerary creation, creative project management, experience management, day-of coordination, digital magazine content via Obsidian Studio, location check-ins via Playfield section, and merchandise sales. All services are provided by Rhodes & Co LLC, Galloway, NJ. Pricing is listed in the app. Starting prices are for minimum time; final quotes may vary based on scope, travel, and guest count. 2. BOOKINGS AND PAYMENTS Bookings are made through our website and app. Payments are processed via Stripe. Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for full refund. Day-of bookings are non-refundable within 24 hours. Membership plans (Silver, Gold and Platinum/Business) are managed on rhodesand.company. Gold Member benefits are fulfilled via website and in-person services. 3. OBSIDIAN STUDIO CONTENT Articles, photos, and videos in Obsidian section are property of Rhodes & Co LLC. You may not copy without permission. If you are featured in Obsidian coverage, you grant permission to publish photos with credit unless you opt out in writing. 4. LOCATIONS AND EVENTS Location pins and event check-ins are user-generated and for community purposes. Rhodes & Co is not responsible for third-party venues like Tilton Square Theatre, Angeloni's Club Madrid, Lucky Snake Arcade, Historic Smithville, and any other suggested locations. Check the venue for hours and entry fees. Event tickets via RSVP do not guarantee entry if the venue is at capacity. 5. MERCHANDISE All merchandise for Rhodes & Co, Obsidian Studio, and Sweet Lab logo apparel is sold by Rhodes & Co LLC. Print-on-demand items may take 7-14 days. No returns on custom items. 6. SWEET LAB Sweet Lab food products are sold separately by Aminah Rhodes d/b/a Sweet Lab, NJ Cottage Food Operation, via njsweetlab.com. Food is for NJ residents only; pickup and delivery in NJ only. Food sales are not part of Rhodes & Co LLC. 7. USER CONDUCT: No spam, harassment, or illegal activity in community features. We may remove content or accounts that violate this. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Services are provided as-is. Rhodes & Co is not liable for event cancellations, travel delays, or venue issues beyond our control. 9.
